01What export clearance covers
The exporter or an appointed agent prepares the data required for the export declaration. The records identify the exporter, goods, quantity, value, transport mode, port and other information required for the transaction.
02Why consistency matters
Product description, quantity, weight, value and codes should be consistent with the commercial invoice, packing list and transport arrangements. Mismatches may require explanations, amendments or additional documents.
03Customs release
After the declaration is accepted and the required formalities are completed, the shipment may receive a status allowing export. A printed page alone does not prove that the procedure has been completed in the customs system.
04What the anonymised sample shows
The website sample includes a China export declaration, customs release notice and transport information for generator sets shipped to Poland. Company details, declaration numbers, values and shipment identifiers have been removed.
05Pre-shipment check
Compare export records with the version approved by the buyer before handover to the carrier. Pay particular attention to the product description, package count, weight and destination port.
